This is the second time we’ve sold a house with David. The process was a bit rockier this time, but through no fault of his, just a weird market and a buyer who couldn’t prove where his money came from. David was able to get a second buyer when the first fell through and talked us through a frustrating process, making us feel better at each odd turn in the road. Stephen was a great age and soup to nuts. He gave us great guidance in terms of her offer which landed us the home. He was also very accommodating to our scheduling needs as we asked to see the home several times before closing to schedule estimates from painting and contracting providers. He was also a great resource for providing contacts for garbage pick up, electric, gas, well and septic, painters, etc. Very easy to talk to punctual receptive and responsive and overall a great agent.
